Pushpen is a documentation automation tool that connects to your GitHub repositories and automatically generates documentation using AI. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, or impair the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your code and content. Pushpen claims no ownership over the documentation generated by the Service. The Service itself, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Pushpen.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pushpen is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Pushpen be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
