Pushpen subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with Pushpen, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund.

After the initial 14-day period, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for partial months of service.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Free Plan

The Free plan has no cost and requires no refunds. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
